DELIVERY
- All items are carefully inspected and packed before they are sent.
- For orders placed by 1200(Malaysia Time), it will be upon receiving the payment confirmation and you will received a verification email with your order number.
- For orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or after 1200(Malaysia Time) on Friday will be processed on Monday.
- For all other orders, once it has been confirmed and processed, it will be courier out on the next working day upon receiving the payment confirmation. We aim to have your item delivered to you as quickly as possible. Please refer to the delivery time frame as below.
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except holidays).
- All orders are courier via Pos Malaysia Registered Mail or Pos Laju. When your order leaves our warehourse, you will be sent an email with a tracking number for your order.
- Each item will be securely packed and nicely gift wrapped.
